She has worked in national, state, regional and remote settings, including Aboriginal communities. She is a highly experienced
project manager: managing multiple complex stakeholder relationships and liaising with all levels of government, community groups, developers, private investors and financiers to deliver social outcomes to some of the most disadvantaged people in our community.

Business Development
Strong experience managing successful bid teams to secure over a $100m in government funding over the past four years and increase business portfolio by 86%.
Stakeholder and Project Management
Extensive stakeholder and project management experience ranging from delivering integrated housing and support services, managing community liaison committees, working in remote Aboriginal communities, to managing Public Private Partnership for a $140 million social housing program.
Governance & Strategy
Developed and implemented strategic and business plans, governance, risk management, project management, stakeholder and communication frameworks for one of the largest Victorian Community Housing Organisations.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Developed and implemented systems and processes to achieve National Community Housing Standards accreditation for a remote Aboriginal organisation in Alice Springs (achieved 92% pass rate).
Disability
Deputy Chair of the NDIS Community of Practice for PowerHousing Australia – a national peak that represents policy positions and practical options to the Federal Government and National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Worked with parent groups and disability support agencies to advocate and develop supported accommodation for people living with a disability.
